Swift Boost Mission

NASA's Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory is orbiting the Earth, but also slowly sinking. Katalyst Space’s LINK robotic servicing spacecraft will launch into orbit aboard a Northrop Grumman Pegasus XL rocket, then attempt to capture and raise the Swift Observatory satellite over the course of several months.

The launch date is currently targeted for Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 9:43 AM (UTC).
